01Getting started
Create your account, verify your email and sign in.
Open My Account in the top bar. On the login page, choose “Click here to create your new account” if you do not have access yet. Complete the client registration form with your own email and accurate contact details.
Open the verification message sent to your email and follow its link. Check Spam or Junk if you cannot find it. An unverified account is directed to the verification-pending page.
Enter your registered email and password on the login page and select Login. Complete the verification challenge if requested. After a successful login, you arrive at My Account.
Use “I don’t remember my password” on the login page to request a reset email. Follow the link and choose a new password.
Important note
Keep your password private. Never send passwords or verification links in a support request. If access is suspended or the verification email is missing, contact iKreate Technologies.
One place for project documents, activity and account tools.
Use the account sidebar to open Billing & Shipping, Invoices, Transactions and your projects. On a phone, scroll through the page to find the sidebar.
The account overview shows project links and recent timeline entries. A timeline entry records an action such as profile changes, invoice issue or payment receipt.
Choose View Contract Document for the project you want to review. Your account shows projects assigned to you by the company.
Check your contact details in the account overview. If your project is missing or linked to the wrong account, ask the company to correct the assignment.
Important note
The timeline is an activity history. Use the actual invoice, receipt or contract to review the full details.
Choose the details that should appear on invoice documents.
Open Billing & Shipping in your account sidebar. Review the saved addresses and identify which one is the default billing address.
Use the address-creation control to open the form. Choose Billing Address or Shipping Address and complete the name, street, city/state, country and other requested details.
Select Save Address. Use the default-address action on a saved billing address to make it the address used for billing.
Remove an address only if you no longer need it. Review the confirmation prompt before deleting.
Important note
Invoice verification copies the billing details into the confirmed invoice. Correct the default billing address before verifying; later profile edits do not automatically rewrite a confirmed invoice.
Open My Account and choose View Contract Document for your project. Read the full document, including scope, cost, maintenance terms and any instructions.
Review the project sidebar: domain, hosting allocation, renewal date, one-time project cost and annual maintenance cost. Amounts are shown with their currency.
If the contract needs correction or you do not agree with a term, contact the company before signing. If there is no contract text yet, wait for the company to provide it.
For an unsigned contract, select the checkbox confirming you have read and understood it. This enables Sign & Confirm Project. Submit only when you intend to approve.
After approval, revisit the page and check the signed status and date.
Important note
Signing is an approval action. Renewal information is a date reminder; it does not itself mean a renewal payment has been made.
Check the invoice and its billing details before confirming.
Open Invoices from the account sidebar. Select an invoice heading to expand the details. Review the invoice number, issue date and currency.
Check every particular, quantity and rate, then review the amount, VAT and total. Invoice-issue emails show the total including 13% VAT.
Check the customer name, billing address and phone number. If anything is wrong, update the default billing address or contact the company before verifying.
For a pending invoice, choose Verify Invoice when the details are correct. The account records an invoice-confirmation activity and the document becomes confirmed.
Choose Print to open the browser print dialog. You can select Save as PDF if your browser provides that destination.
Important note
Verify Invoice approves the invoice details; it is not a payment button. Follow the payment instructions agreed with the company. For a cancelled, reissued or disputed invoice, ask which current invoice should be used.
Find the service you need and contact the company.
Use Services and Products in the main menu to read available offerings and open individual detail pages.
Use Resources → Book An Appointment to send an appointment request. Complete the required contact and appointment information and submit the form.
Use Contact for a general message or project question. Explain the request and include your project domain or invoice number when relevant.
Use FAQs for quick answers, or News & Blog to read company updates.
Important note
A submitted appointment is a request. Wait for the company to confirm arrangements. Avoid including passwords, private access keys or unnecessary personal documents.
Cannot sign in: check your email and password, then use the password-reset link. An unverified account must complete email verification first.
No projects or invoices visible: make sure you are using the correct account. Ask the company to check which user account the project or document is assigned to.
Wrong invoice information: correct billing details before verification and ask the company to revise the pending invoice. Do not approve a document you disagree with.
Print layout looks different: use the Print control within the invoice or receipt, then review the print preview and paper settings.
No email arrived: check Spam/Junk and the registered email address, then contact the company if the message is still missing.
Important note
When asking for help, send the page name, the steps you took, the exact error message and the relevant project or invoice number. Screenshots should hide sensitive information.
Use a password that you do not reuse on other websites. Keep verification and password-reset links private.
After finishing on a shared computer, select Logout in the account sidebar. Close downloaded private documents and remove them from the shared device if appropriate.
Before signing a contract or verifying an invoice, check the project name, domain, currency and billing details.
If an account action or invoice email is unexpected, contact the company to confirm it.
Important note
The examples in this guide use sample records. Your project names, dates, amounts and available records will differ.
